CHRISTMAS BREAK:  Sunday Jan 8th 2012 & Tuesday Jan 10th 2012.  SOUTHBOUND ONLY!  Departs 7:15pm from Spokane Airport.

SPRING BREAK:  Sunday March 18th 2012.  SOUTHBOUND ONLY!  Departs 7:15pm from Spokane Airport.

Trip Information:

  • Trip #2 runs 7 days a week, once a day.
  • Trip #3 runs on Friday afternoons only.
  • Trip #3 NOT offered June, July. starts up again in August
  • The shuttle leaves from ground transportation at the east end of the airport.  As you go through the terminal, you will go past the car rental desks and out the double doors where the taxis are.  The bus will have Wheatland Express on the side of the bus.  The bus will be there 15 minutes prior to its departure time.

Fares:

  • Payment by credit/debit card or exact cash.
  • Drivers do not make change.
  • $45.00 each way to/from Moscow ID, Pullman WA or Colfax WA.
  • Children under 12 travel for half-price, and children under 2 travel for free.
  • Group discounts available for 10 or more persons.
  • DISCLAIMER: Schedules and fares are subject to change without notice. Wheatland Express will not be responsible for damages resulting from failure to depart or arrive to make connections with flights of schedule airlines.
  • TICKET REFUNDS: Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Unused tickets will honored up to one year from date of purchase. Passenger must have ticket in hand or they will need to purchase a new ticket.

Baggage Information:

  • Baggage: One piece of luggage plus one carry-on will be allowed per passenger. Excess and oversized pieces subject to extra charge and space available.  There will be a $15.00 charge/per bag for excess baggage or weight over 45 lbs.   Pets may be carried at extra charge with advanced notice and travel kennel.

Holiday Hours - we will not operate scheduled service on:

  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Years Day

Delayed Flights and Reservations:

  • We will endeavor to wait up to (15) minutes past the scheduled departure times for Ticketed - reserved passengers.
  • RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE THROUGH: Wheatland Express or your local travel agent.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Advanced reservations are recommended.
  • If traveling during the holidays tickets must be purchased in advance

Misc:

  • Lift equipped vehicle is available with 48 hours notice.
  • Seating aboard vehicles operated in interstate commerce is without regard to race, color, creed or national origin.
