Spokane Airport Shuttle:
Q. Where do I catch the airport shuttle at the Spokane International Airport?
A. The shuttle leaves from ground transportation at the east end of the airport. As you go through the terminal, you will go past the car rental desks and out the double doors where the taxis are. The bus will have Wheatland Express on the side of the bus. The bus will be there 15 minutes prior to its departure time.
Q. Where can I catch the bus in Moscow to go to the Spokane International Airport?
A. In Moscow, you can board at the St. Augustine Church across from the U of I Student Union Building, the Living Learning Center known as the LLC Building or at the Best Western University Inn.
Q. Where can I catch the bus in Pullman to go to the Spokane International Airport?
A. In Pullman, you can catch the bus on the Washington State University campus in front of the Lighty Building on Grimes Way. The Lighty Building is attached to the French Administration Building. This is the same location where the Pullman/Moscow commuter bus stop is located. Look for the sign that says "Wheatland Express", with a picture of the front of a bus on it. There will be a sign below that says "Airport Shuttle".
Q. Do I need to make a reservation for the airport shuttle?
A. We strongly encourage an advanced reservation be made. Or, you can purchase a ticket directly from the driver. PLEASE make your payment with a credit card. We do not want the driver to handle cash for his/her protection.
Q. Are tickets refundable?
A. No. The tickets are not refundable, but unused tickets can be used for up to one year and are transferable to another person.
Q. If I lost my ticket do I need to buy another one?
A. Yes.
Pullman/Moscow Commuter Service:
Q. Do I have to pay to ride the commuter bus?
A. If you are a student at Washington Stete University or the University of Idaho, you ride FREE if you present a valid Student ID Card. All others will need to pay $2.00 each boarding. If you are an employee of either university, you can buy a book of vouchers from parking services which makes it $1.00 per boarding.
